For us moviegoers, movies that are based on true story are such an interesting movie to watch, we will be left curious and start searching on the internet right after we finished watching the movie. These kind of movie at least will leave us something to think about, always.
For instance in the movie The Miracle Worker, i stumbled upon this movie while browsing for a nice tv program to watch when i stopped by MGM Movie channel, at first the movie looks interesting because i have never seen MGM played a black and white movie at that time, not that MGM have never did, it's just me.
But the moment i know this movie is about the early life of Helen Keller, i know it's gonna be far more than an interesting movie, turn out it was one of the best movie of all time imo.

This is the only latest movie to make it to this list, it's about Oakland A's general manager Billy Beane's (played by Brad Pitt) successful attempt to put together a baseball club on a budget by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players.

The Miracle Worker (1962)
While Moneyball was the latest movie to make it into this list, this one is the opposite, this is a movie about the early life of the incredible human being Helen Keller, a woman who achieved a nobel prize, she was blind and deaf since she was 7 by the way.

Pursuit Of Happyness (2006)
The Pursuit of Happyness is story about a man, husband, and father who struggle a lot but never give up until he achieved his dream, split up with his wife, always make his kid happy no matter what, even in the most devastating situation, he is Chris Gardner, yeah right, he's The Stockbroker.

Catch Me If You Can (2002)
Frank Abagnale, ever heard of him? nope. Only in the movie Catch Me If You Can, at first it didn't look all that interesting to me but I ended up giving the movie a chance. Very fortunately, It turned out to be one of the most enjoyable films I'd seen in a while. The cat and mouse story where Frank, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, outwits the FBI and Tom Hank's character. Frank does some incredibly unbelievable stuff which makes the movie even more entertaining.

Black Hawk Down (2001)
This film depicted what was known as the Battle of Mogadishu - a situation where 2 Black Hawk helicopters were shot down in Somalia while carrying out a rescue mission. The mission which was supposed to take like 1 hour ends up taking 15 hours as US military forces battled in the streets of Mogadishu with Somali militia. Black Hawk Down is a very intense film. From the time the movie starts to the time it finishes you'll be drawn into the movie because even though its very dramatic the action just doesn't stop.

Raging Bull (1980)
Raging Bull is a beautiful but brutal movie based on the life of Italian American boxer Jake LaMotta. The scenes engage you emotionally buut what makes this movie so incredible is the classic Scorcese production, the music and acting from Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci and Cathy Moriarty.

Goodfellas (1990)
The movie is based on the life of Henry Hill, played by Ray Liotta. It starts off with a brutal scene where a member of the Gambino Crime family who insulted Joe Pesci's character, Tommy, is tied up in the trunk of a car. Tommy mercilessly stabs him with a knife before he is shot to death by Jimmy (played by Robert De Niro).

Schindler's List (1993)
Schindler's List is a film by Steven Spielberg that everyone should see and appreciate to its fullest extent. It is based on the true story of Oskar Schindler (Liam Neeson) who managed to save about 1100 Jews from being gassed at the Auschwitz concentration camp.

127 Hours (2010)
127 Hours is the true story of mountain climber Aron Ralston's remarkable adventure to save himself after a fallen boulder crashes on his arm and traps him in an isolated canyon in Utah. Over the next five days Ralston examines his life and survives the elements to finally discover he has the courage and the wherewithal to extricate himself by any means necessary

A Beautiful Mind (2001)
Biopic of the famed mathematician John Nash who has a brain that is too great to control, he was too genius as a mathematician, but he also struggles with his mental health.

Public Enemies (2009)
This is the story of the last few years of the notorious bank robber John Dillinger (Johnny Depp). He loved what he did and could imagine little else that would make him happier. Living openly in 1930s Chicago, he had the run of the city with little fear of reprisals from the authorities.

The King's Speech (2010)

It's so interesting watching this movie about the youngest richest man on earth right now, Mark Zuckerberg rise to fame, it really shows how success people have got to have the attitude to become one, it's so simple actually, that is to keep doing what you loved, and never give up.
